All children entitled to 15 hours funded of Early Years Education per week over 38 weeks of the year from the term after their third birthday. Parents/Carers must check their eligibility at childcarechoices.gov.uk to increase this to up to 30 funded hours of Early Years Education per week, or for the expanded offer of funding for children aged +9 months. Funding is also available for some two year olds whose parents are in receipt of certain benefits from the term after their second birthday.
Funding can only be used for pre-school sessions (9.15-3.15), all other sessions (breakfast, early bird, after school) are charged at our standard rates, as well as any pre-school hours attended over your funding of 15/30 hours.
The funding received from Suffolk County Council does not include the costs of snacks, meals, additional hours or consumables (Cooking, Yoga, Electronic Learning Journey, Multi-sports, School readiness PE, etc). To cover the cost of snacks and consumables we charge a cost of £2.55 per pre-school session. If you are experiencing financial difficulty, please let us know so that we can support you.

Please note that the minimum booking is for one hour.
As per our Fees & Payments Policy, we require 4 weeks’ notice of cancellation of all pre-booked term time sessions.
Parents/carers must give at least 4 weeks’ notice to cancel a holiday club booking and must cancel during term time. Sessions cancelled outside of term time or with less than 4 weeks’ notice must be paid for in full.
Ad Hoc term time sessions require 48 hours cancellation notice.
